Yasmine works within the advisory practice on business law matters: corporate, commercial contracts, compliance and the legal management of strategic operations. Trained between Paris, London and Casablanca, she approaches international matters with the dual rigour of French law and Anglo-Saxon practice.
Before joining NY Law in 2026, she worked at leading international structures — PwC, SUEZ and DLA Piper — where she handled due diligence operations, contract drafting, compliance and the legal follow-up of high-stakes transactions.
